Pre-Care Instructions:

To ensure the best results and avoid irritation, please discontinue use of the following at least 5 days before your appointment:

– Retinoids or Retinols

– AHAs/BHAs (like glycolic, lactic, or salicylic acid)

– Topical acne medications (e.g., benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin)

– Exfoliating scrubs or active serums

Avoid sun exposure and self-tanning products for 5–7 days prior to your peel.

Post-Care Instructions:

– Avoid direct sun exposure and always wear SPF

– Do not use active skincare products (AHAs, BHAs, retinoids, etc.) for 5–7 days

– Let your skin naturally peel—do not pick or exfoliate

– Keep skin hydrated with gentle, nourishing products

– Avoid heat, sweating, and workouts for 24–48 hours post-treatment
