All products purchased in store or online directly from VLO are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
VLO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
VLO is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.
VLO is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.

Damages and issues
